Art & People Founder, Claudia Kennaugh, has been surrounded by art all of her life. With art dealer parents, who opened The Hollywood Road Gallery, London in 1980, art has been a part of everyday living. After enjoying nearly a decade working in the music industry as a songwriter and performer, Claudia joined the family trade. From the workshop to front-of-house she learned the ropes from her mother, Catharine, and they eventually became partners.

Over the years, Claudia and Catharine enjoyed sourcing artworks from the UK, Europe & South America, pairing them with bold, unique framing choices and curating them in their trademark fashion at fairs and exhibitions. Loyal followers of the gallery started to request their signature style for their own homes and in 2011 Claudia launched an advisory service for the gallery collectors. It was during these very personal projects, working with individuals and families, that she realised her calling was to make people feel at home with art. Today she helps collectors UK-wide to buy, frame and hang art in their homes, encouraging everyone to live in harmony with art.
